“The word ‘litigation’ can often strike fear in many of our clients’ hearts. My primary objective is to ‘de-mystify’ the process by collaborating with my clients to find solutions that are aligned with their goals and by empowering them with the knowledge that they have an advocate on their side who is willing to do the work to get the job done.”
Jerri works closely with her clients to find effective and cost-efficient results. She is a diligent and tenacious litigator who focuses her practice on all stages of insurance coverage disputes, employment counseling and litigation services for individuals and businesses in Wisconsin and Minnesota and construction defect litigation.
Jerri is a member of the Minnesota State Bar, Wisconsin State Bar and the Ramsey County Bar Association. She is also a member of Minnesota Women’s Lawyers, the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Association of Women Contractors. Jerri is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Court, Wisconsin State Court and the United States District Court of Minnesota.
Jerri obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2014. While in law school, Jerri worked as a judicial intern for the Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, a civil litigation extern at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and was a member of the Mock Trial team. Prior to law school, Jerri received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from Western Illinois University.
