Nicholas has successfully advocated for clients in a variety of matters including insurance coverage, claim disputes, litigation, and collections matters. His experience as an adjuster allows him to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Nicholas’ successful results in that practice allow him to work diligently and provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses of an insurance company’s position.

Nicholas is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In addition to an insurance and legal career, he served for the U.S. Army National Guard as an Airborne Infantryman. Nicholas was deployed to Afghanistan from 2004-2005 as part of Task Force 168.
Nicholas obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in school, Nicholas was the editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Nicholas also participated actively in the Law School’s Mediation Clinic. Prior to law school, Nicholas received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and Political Science.
