Tim has helped his clients resolve their disputes and obtain successful results in a variety of legal matters ranging from construction defect cases, insurance disputes, appeals, and real estate transactions.  His experience includes representing clients in civil litigation, before appellate courts, in administrative hearings, at insurance appraisals, and in all phases of the dispute resolution process.

In addition to extensive litigation practice, Tim also helps counsel clients in real estate transactions related to leasing commercial property, purchasing residential or commercial property, mortgages, and other types of real estate matters.

Tim is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association’s Real Property Section, he serves as a volunteer in William Mitchell’s Mentor Program, and he serves as a volunteer on the Minnesota Association of Exterior Specialist’s public policy committee.

Tim obtained his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.  While in law school, Tim completed a semester of school at BPP University Law School in London, was a finalist in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court, and served as an assistant editor on William Mitchell’s Law Review.  Prior to law school, Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Business from St. Mary’s University.
